Chamber of Commerce Week - 2024 Special Feature

February 12 to 16, 2024, has been proclaimed Chamber of Commerce Week in British Columbia.

Chambers of commerce are more than just community boosters. We are convenors, collaborators and catalysts for positive change and are integral to creating sustainable, healthy communities.   Whether it’s advocating to local, provincial or federal governments for changes to public policy on matters that impact our businesses, developing innovative programs and initiatives to support our members, or by stitching together our communities as a platform for connection and collaboration, Chambers of Commerce are critical economic development organizations.

The Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce is one of BC's largest, most active, and longest-serving chambers of commerce, working for over 90 years to foster, support and fight for an environment that makes it easier for businesses of all kinds to be successful, and in turn, for Langley to be more successful.  With 1,030 members from across the breadth of the economy, we're Langley's largest business association.

To mark Chamber of Commerce Week, the Langley Advance has published a special feature outlining the Langley Chamber and some of our key efforts and initiatives.  Click here or the image at right to read this special feature, including stories on transportation, crime, taxes, our Langley Women's Business Network, and articles from our Board President and CEO!
