Plates & Glasses - 3 Chefs, 5 Courses and a Ride Home benefiting Langley Hospice
Plates & Glasses is a one-of-a-kind fundraising event happening on Saturday, April 22nd at the Fort Langley Community Hall, on Glover Road in Fort Langley, in support of the Langley Hospice Society. This premier dining and libation pairing event for 125 guests will feature five courses prepared by Angie Quaale and the amazing chef's of Well Seasoned: A Gourmet Food Store, and served family-style at your table of 8. Each course will feature fabulous food provided by local businesses and event sponsors, the Otter Co-op, Bonetti Meats, and the 1 Fish 2 Fish Fresh Seafood Market, accompanied by a choice of pairings from BC based wineries, distilleries and craft breweries giving our special guests a fine selection of options to sip and savour, while enjoying the musical entertainment of classical guitarist, Matthew Silverman and his Silverstring Guitar. At the end of the evening, our volunteer shuttle drivers will ensure you have a ride home (within the Township & City of Langley boundaries) in one of the 15-passenger vans provided by the DRIVING FORCE Vehicle Rentals, Sales, and Leasing location in North Langley. Tickets are $160 each, two for $300, or a table of 8 for $1200 and are inclusive of the features noted above. Proceeds of this event will support the Langley Hospice Society in continuing to deliver important palliative and bereavement care and support to the children, teens, adults and families they serve.
