2026 Provincial Election

A provincial general election has been called, with Final Voting Day taking place on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

Voters across British Columbia will elect Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) to represent their communities in the provincial Legislature. Langley is represented by three provincial electoral districts:

Langley-Abbotsford
Langley-Walnut Grove
Langley-Willowbrook

Provincial government decisions have a significant impact on businesses and communities, including taxation, employment standards, transportation and infrastructure, housing, health care, economic development, trade and the overall cost of doing business.

Who Can Vote

You can vote in the 2026 provincial election if you are:

  • a Canadian citizen;
  • 18 years of age or older on October 24, 2026; and
  • a resident of BC since April 23, 2026.
