The Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host a diverse panel of tourism professionals including Peter Harrison of Destination British Columbia\, Erinn Kredba of Tourism Langley\, and Kristina Gervais of Discover Langley City. The panel will focus on the resilience of the Tourism Industry\, give an update on their region and answer your top questions regarding tourism. \n\n\n\nModerator - Colleen Clark\, CEO of the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce \n\nPanelist - Peter Harrison\, Industry Partnerships & Visitor Services Director of Destination BC \n\nPanelist - Erinn Kredba\, Executive Director of Tourism Langley \n\nPanelist - Kristina Gervais\, Manager of Operations of Discover Langley City\n\n\n\nABOUT OUR PANELISTS:\n\nPeter Harrison has been with Destination British Columbia for over twenty five years and during that time has held various positions. He is currently the Director of Industry Partnerships and Visitor Services which includes oversight of the Vancouver\, Coast and Mountains tourism region. Before joining Destination BC\, Peter had ten years of private sector packaged goods marketing experience where he resided in Winnipeg\, Toronto and Vancouver. Peter has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brandon University and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Manitoba. Peter lives in North Saanich with his wife and family. \n\n\n\nErinn Kredba was born and raised in Langley\, growing up in the communities of Murrayville and Aldergrove and now living in Willoughby. After graduating from BCIT in the Tourism Marketing Management programs she worked for Tourism Vancouver for 12 years. After this\, she and a business partner began Tourism Consulting and during this time an opportunity to do project work for Tourism Langley arose and she spent 4 years working primarily on Langley projects. She took a slightly different career path working for 5 years as the Administrator of Langley Minor Hockey before returning to Tourism Langley in 2018 as the Executive Director. \n\n\n\nKristina Gervais is Operations Manager of Discover Langley City. She brings to this position more than 30 years of senior level experience in hospitality\, marketing\, destination management\, strategic planning\, communications\, finance and community relations. Kristina has served on various board and not-for-profits where she has been able to make a positive impact in the community by utilizing her skills to improve strategy and business practices. \n\n\n\nPlease note: You will be asked to mute yourself and not share video.
