Onboarding helps your new hires to better understand your company and their role and ultimately sets them up for success as a productive member of the team. Sofia Arisheh will walk you through the importance of onboarding and the best practices on how to prepare your new hires, both in-person and virtually, to successfully integrate them into their new role and your company within their first year.
