Garth White
Garth White is a strategic commercial real estate broker with experience advising a wide range of industrial businesses including distribution, e-commerce, manufacturing, service industrial and logistics companies. Garth also spends a significant time consulting and representing property owners and developers on the disposition or acquisition of industrial and commercial development land. Paul Kennedy 
Paul Kennedy is a partner with Lindsay Kenney LLP. His legal practice is primarily focused on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, residential and commercial real estate matters, and secured transactions. 

In the area of real estate, Paul acts for clients regarding the purchase and sale of real property and related financing matters. He is involved in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial leases. Paul's real estate experience includes residential conveyances, advising on strata bylaw issues and municipal bylaw issues, assisting in small to medium sized subdivision and development (both residential and commercial), and acting for purchasers and vendors of multi-million dollar commercial real estate.
