Lyle has been in the financial planning industry for over 12 years in both management and in an advisory role. In his experience, he has seen clients rejoice with the birth of a new addition. He has seen tragedy with the death of a client?s family member. He has seen businesses succeed with great decisions and seen businesses struggle and fail because of poor planning. Lyle became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 2010 after completing the education, experience and ethical components required by the Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC)

Will has been in the insurance industry for 3+ years and specializes in Life & Group Benefits, as well as his growing experience in the commercial insurance sector. He brings with him 2 years of experience after working for a large life insurance brokerage firm and wealth of real-world experience after having spent 8 years as a tradesman in the construction industry. Will has a desire to work with his clients and ensure that together, they develop strategic plans that can grow alongside with them and ensure that any unforeseen events are covered appropriately.
