    • Why bad habits are sucking your performance in your business.
    • Where to focus & how to productively improve that habit.
    • Action steps in a real-world example, and
    • How to measure progress along the journey.

    Danny Gordon is a Kinesiologist and Coach at Coastal Fitness in Walnut Grove. He works with clients on their fitness, nutrition, and rehab goals. Since 2011, Danny has been helping clients strategize improving their lifestyle habits beyond eating the right foods, getting enough exercise, and proper sleep. At the foundation, habits are what they work with when it comes to any change in your life and Danny loves the strategy of putting the pieces of the puzzle together.
