ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
Danny Gordon is a Kinesiologist and Coach at Coastal Fitness in Walnut Grove. He works with clients on their fitness, nutrition, and rehab goals. Since 2011, Danny has been helping clients strategize improving their lifestyle habits beyond eating the right foods, getting enough exercise, and proper sleep. At the foundation, habits are what they work with when it comes to any change in your life and Danny loves the strategy of putting the pieces of the puzzle together.
