3) Use the previous steps to determine your 1st and 2nd booth choice.
- Booth # 51, 52, 53 and 54 are reserved for event sponsors.
- Exhibitor booths and table tops include one chair and one 2' x 6' skirted table.
- Exhibitor booths will have 8' high drape back wall and 4' high drape side walls.
- Table tops will NOT have drape back or side walls.
- If you would like to upgrade to a double booth, please find two available booths beside each other (maximum two booths).

- Chamber Members: 6' x 8' Booths $325.00 + GST (Non-Members: $375.00 + GST)
- Chamber Members: 6' x 10' Booths $375.00 + GST (Non-Members: $425.00 + GST)
- Chamber Members: 2' x 6' Table Tops $275.00 + GST (Non-Members: $325.00 + GST)
Move-in for the show is from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm on event day and move-out is from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on event day. Please DO NOT
start teardown until show ends at 6:00 pm.
