M2M EMAILING
M2M EMAILING is a convenient, low-cost cooperative email broadcast program. Your business can take advantage of our on-going email program by including your 100 word advertisement below our weekly M2M Chamber Member Alert email broadcast to our membership. You will reach over 800 members.
This is an excellent opportunity to promote your member savings programs, new products, services and menus. The rate for this program is $75.00 (plus GST) and is available to members only. Be sure to reserve your space early.
Program Guidelines:

• Your advertisement cannot contain more than 100 words.
• Text only – no graphics but web links and email addresses are okay.
• The email broadcast is limited to the first 3 participants per week.
• Email advertisements must maintain quality consistent with the images and goals of the Chamber. Therefore, the Chamber reserves the right to reject any material it deems inappropriate.

M2M MAILING
M2M MAILING is a cooperative bulk mailing program designed to save Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce members a great deal of the time and the expense of a direct-mail program. Under this program, the Chamber receives each participating business’ promotional material, collates and mails to over 1100 representatives within the membership.
This is an excellent opportunity to promote your member savings programs, new products, services and menus. Participating businesses will save hundreds of dollars in mailing costs alone and reach the perfect pool of prospective customers.
The rate for this program is $250.00 (plus GST) and is available to members only. Mailings tend to fill quickly – often several months before the mailing! Be sure to reserve your space early.
Program Guidelines:
• Mailing dates are always the third Friday of March, May, August and November.
• All participants must have 1,200 flyers delivered to the Chamber office by the first Friday of those months.
• Materials must be one page 8 ½” x 11” and 20 lb bond paper. Anything heavier will not be accepted due to mailing costs.
• No staples or folds.
• The mailer is limited to the first 12 participants (we must have at least 5 participants for the mailing to go out).
• Materials must maintain quality consistent with the images and goals of the Chamber. Therefore, the Chamber reserves the right to reject any material it deems inappropriate.

MAILING LABELS
The Chamber can provide you with current mailing labels for a fee of $50.00 plus GST of the approximately 1100 members upon request. This allows you to pick and choose who you wish to mail to and when!
NEW MEMBER WELCOME PACKAGES
We currently provide a package to our new members that includes a letter of welcome, Chamber related information, benefit information and any information on upcoming events and programs. Add YOUR promo item to this package and let our new members know that you welcome them to YOUR business community.
• Must provide 120 items.
• Must be a promotional item (i.e. pen, grocery bag, keychain, etc.). Literature/brochures will not be accepted.
• Items must be delivered to the Chamber office.

NEWSLETTER ADVERTISING
The Chamber Voice newsletter is designed to serve the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce and its membership. Your ad will be seen by 39,500 homes and businesses.
